HOW YOU CAN HELP
It is only through the generosity of our community that we are able to provide family-oriented, comprehensive primary health care services to over 6,000 patients each year.

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation exempt from taxes, Manchester Community Health Center (MCHC) receives funding from the federal and state government.  However, we rely heavily on individual, corporate and foundation support to ensure all patients have access to primary care and specialty care services regardless of their ability to pay, insurance status, primary language, or any other barrier to care.

Your contribution is important to us and may also generate an income tax savings for you because donations are fully tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.  Please help us make a difference in the lives of those who are uninsured, under-insured or lacking access to affordable, quality health care.

Thank you for considering a gift to Manchester Community Health Center and helping us to provide “Health Care for a Stronger Community.”

There are a number of ways you can invest in MCHC and support its mission to ensure quality health care for all.  Whichever method you choose to give to the Health Center, your contribution can be donor-directed to a specific aspect of the practice, such as:

  New Building Fund
(Help stretch revenue by   reducing the expense   associated with MCHC’s   mortgage.)

  Direct Services
(Helps offset the expense of providing   care to those who are uninsured and   allows MCHC to expand its service   capacity.)

  Support Services
(Counseling, Nutrition Services,   Patient Education, Language   Interpretation, Prescription   Assistance)

Ways to Give
The following represents three of the most popular ways to give financially:

1) Standard Contribution (Print a donor form)
The easiest way to contribute financially to MCHC’s mission - simply make your check payable to Manchester Community Health Center, and mail it to:

MCHC
Development Office
145 Hollis Street
Manchester, NH 03102

2) Pledge (Print a pledge form)

A Pledge is a contribution whereby installments are spread over a period of one to three years.  This type of contribution provides the Health Center with information to help plan for future services.  Contributors often find it easier to make a larger contribution by spreading it out over one, two or even three years.

Print and complete a Pledge Form and mail it to MCHC, Development Office, 145 Hollis Street, Manchester, NH 03101.  Please contact the Director of Development at 603.626.9500 extension 9529 or email tpickard@mchc-nh.org if you have questions or need additional information.
