MCHC will continue to evolve and strive for excellence in language services so that we can best facilitate conversations between staff members and the patients that we serve.
Staff interpreters are available in the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, Nepali, Arabic, Bosnian, Vietnamese, Somali, and Maay Maay. We contract with selected agencies to provide face-to-face Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) and over the phone interpreter services in locations where we do not have staff interpreters available.
